Creating Users Accounts

How many users accounts can be created?

There is no restriction to the number of admin user accounts that can be onboarded to an Organisation. However, addition and removal requests will need to go through an Organisation Admin (OA), or designated Service Admin (SA).

Currently, onboarding of users are done through a support request. Reach out to a BookingSG or support@booking.gov.sg to proceed with your request.
