Creating Users Accounts

How many users accounts can be created?

There is no restriction to the number of admin user accounts that can be onboarded to an . However, addition and removal requests will need to go through an Organisation Admin (OA), or designated Service Admin (SA).

Currently, onboarding of users are done through a support request. Reach out to a BookingSG or support@booking.gov.sg to proceed with your request.
