Email Reminders Notifications

When does BSG send out Email reminder notifications and who receives them?

Email notification reminders are sent to the Citizen a certain specified period of time (ranges from hours to days) before the booking to remind the Citizen of an upcoming booking.

Email reminder notifications are sent for the following types of bookings:

  1. Slots - recurring & one-off

  2. Event

  3. Proxy

Reminder notifications are sent to the following recipient:

  1. Citizen


Slots Booking Email Reminders

Email title: BookingSG Reminder: <Service name> - <Service provider name> You have an upcoming booking. Booking for: <Service name> - <Service provider name> Booking status: <Status> Date: <Day> Time: <Time> Location: <Location> Do not reply to this email.

Events Email Reminders

Citizen
