When does BSG send out email notifications for proxy and who receives them?

Currently, there are 4 default email notification templates for bookings with proxy that are sent out to the citizen.

Email notifications for proxy bookings are sent when the following scenarios take place:

  1. When proxy is assigned (or New proxy)

  2. When there's an update to the time and date of booking (rescheduled)

  3. When booking is cancelled

  4. When proxy is deleted/ changed (Send to old proxy)


When proxy is assigned (or New proxy) email template

Email title: BookingSG_Appointment of proxy for booking under <Service name> - <Service provider name>

You are appointed as a proxy for <Service name> - <Service provider name> Details of the appointment:

Booking ID: <BookingID> Date: <Day> Time: <Time> Location: <Location> Do not reply to this email.

When there's an update to the time and date of booking (rescheduled) email template

Email title: BookingSG: BookingSG_Appointment of proxy for booking under <Service name> - <Service provider name>

When booking is cancelled email template
